Privacy
Privacy built for family care coordination.
Carenly is designed for sensitive shared family coordination workflows across caregiving and co-parenting. That means privacy is not an afterthought: records, roles, and document access are structured to keep information controlled and intentionally shared.
What Carenly stores
Depending on how you use the product, Carenly may store account details, care-space membership, medication context, tasks, emergency information, provider notes, and uploaded care documents.
How access is controlled
- Care spaces are tied to authenticated accounts.
- Family access is role-based, so people only see what they are meant to manage.
- Document access is designed around private storage and controlled opening flows.
- Invite links and authentication callbacks are handled with verification safeguards.
How information is used
Carenly uses stored information to operate the product experience, keep shared records current, maintain account security, and support collaboration inside a care space. Carenly is not built to publicly expose or broadly syndicate family care data.
What Carenly does not claim
Carenly is a coordination product, not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, emergency response, or professional clinical record systems. Families remain responsible for reviewing care information before acting.
