Carenly is offered as a shared family coordination product for organizing tasks, documents, roles, medications, calendars, handoffs, expenses, and related context between trusted participants.
Using the product
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for the people you invite into a care space, and for protecting access to your account and devices.
Account and collaboration responsibilities
- Do not share access in ways that bypass intended roles or permissions.
- Only upload care records you are authorized to manage or share.
- Review shared updates before acting on them in a real-world care setting.
- Use secure account practices, including strong passwords and verification steps when available.
Service boundaries
Carenly supports coordination and organization. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency dispatch, or guaranteed clinical review. Families and care participants remain responsible for professional judgment and urgent escalation decisions.
Availability and iteration
The product may change over time as features improve, interfaces evolve, and workflows are refined. Carenly may update, modify, or remove features in order to improve reliability, usability, or security.
